Marc has over 40 years as an expert in the trade show business and was a Divisional COO at Reed Exhibitions. He has worked all over North America, as well as South America, Europe, and Asia. He is responsible for developing many new business to business tradeshows in recent years and primarily focuses on the strategy and growth of events.
Brett has over 40 years as a trade show company owner and is a subject matter expert in the trade show business. Throughout his career, he has developed, co-owned and managed over 300 small to large trade shows from 10,000 sq. ft to 3,000,000 sq. ft. He is also an expert at operations and floorplan management/design.
Kristen has been with ROC Exhibitions for over 20 years. She started in sales and worked her way up to VP where she oversees all ROC shows, manages staff, and has proven to be a leader in the industry (winner of the 3rd Annual Expo Elite award). Kristen has a passion for trade shows, from management, meetings, events, housing, and all other areas of conference and trade shows. Attentive to detail, she excels at event planning and logistics.
Dan joined the ROC team in 2019 after working for a risk management firm for several years. In his capacity as Special Projects Manager, he assists with the financial planning, pre-show logistics and on-site operations at events. Outside of his role as a project manager, he handles all financials at ROC. Dan earned his degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Kathleen has been with ROC for 15 years starting out in sales and for the last 10 years as a Project Manager on various shows; overseeing tradeshow logistics, event planning, show marketing, and the venue selection process. Kathleen is experienced at customer service, sales and currently oversees booth selection operations on show site.
Maria is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the trade show industry. Over the years Maria has partnered with top leaders in important industries such as electronics interconnect, board fabrication and assembly, the converting industry for paper, nonwovens and other web-based materials, fire and life safety industry, police and security industry, as well as association events focused on promoting STEM collegiate candidates in the professional workforce. Maria’s true success lies in her passion for developing strong relationships with her exhibitors to, in turn, maximize their success on the show floor.
Mark has developed very proficient customer service and sales skills, acquired throughout his career, beginning with his work in the hospitality industry, into the trade show industry and, finally, for the last 20 years at ROC Exhibitions. He has a degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University, which has assisted with developing long-term, ongoing relationships with his clients based on his customer service skills and professionalism. He has worked shows in a wide variety of industries, in both the U.S. and Mexico.
Brandi is highly skilled in communication in both a customer service and sales roles. She has been with ROC for over 10 years working on many different shows in fire and life safety, STEM recruiting, police and security, and more. Above all else, Brandi excels at relationship building and customer service. She earned her degree from Southern Illinois University.
Bob has over forty years of trade show experience, serving as general manager of GES Decorating and Vice President at United Expositions/Freeman prior to joining ROC in 1999. Bob is an operations and floor expert, with passion for customer service. Bob earned his degree from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY.
Theresa has over 30 years of experience in the trade show industry. She works closely with the Vice President of Operations and has a hand in all aspects of the trade show operations. Some of her various responsibilities include invoicing, accounts receiving/payable and creation and maintenance of floor plans utilizing ExpoCAD. She is also responsible for ensuring all pre-show operations are in place such as electrical, internet and security. Theresa also works to keep all contractors and exhibitors up to date on changes or updates vital to show operations.
